Took my wife's Lexus GS 350 (2013) to Dunn's on August 18, 2026 for 4 new tires installed and just as important 4 new TPMS because at least one of the sensors was malfunctioning. Both Tammy and Brian are very professional and friendly, willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and in a timely manner. That was much appreciated because I did have a tight schedule that particular day. I will continue to use them for my auto needs and highly recommended Dunn's should you be looking for an honest and dependable auto service center in Prescott.

I brought the vehicle to several shops, but the folks at Dunn's identified the real issue as an engine mount that needed replacement. My car feels like it drives like new. While my car was in the shop I was offered a ride to home and back to the shop, considering the labor, they finished the job quickly, and they did it at almost half my first quote not breaking my bank account. These guys are so awesome, its hard to find honest mechanics today, but Dunn's is proof they are still out there.

Needless to say we had a great conversation. Found out he owns his own automotive shop. He's very knowledgeable. Had a great conversation about my truck. Next year I plan on taking my truck to Prescott and have him do some major work on it and I live in Colorado.

It seems simple, but I got a flat tire in town and because I'm not a car person I felt immediately stranded and to be honest a little helpless. I don't have a lot of extra money for tow trucks, and for this and that. I called Dunn's Tire & Automotive and they sent a guy over to me to help me change to my spare tire. Then I drove to the shop and they fixed my tire right then and there. There were friendly and understanding and swift. I really appreciate how they went out of their way to help me. Again, for me a simple thing like a flat tire is an enormous problem--I don't have family or friends here in AZ to call on in a pinch; but Dunn's Tire & Automotive solved it for me and got me on my way no hassles. I will definitely be giving them my service in the future and I highly recommend Dunn's Tire & Automotive to anyone. 5 stars!

I had an issue with my alignment with the truck i just got and no one could get it back to normal with out it pulling hard to the right. I was told yo call dunns tire and with needing it done soon they were able to schedule and got it done and done right!! .....no slop or play in the wheel, its the best it has felt since i got the truck. A huge thank you to brian and doug and the dunn tire team for their quick and hard work to fix my alignment. Dunns tire is #1 in my book .

The staff at Dunn’s did an excellent job on our brakes, for a fair price, and twice analyzed why there was a warning light on (at no charge). They stuck to their estimate despite taking care of a couple of extra items while they were at it. Excellent service, friendly folks. They even dropped us off and picked us back up. We won’t go elsewhere for car repairs.
